is shown as two sets of two numbers, known as coordinates, which
represent the precise spot on a world grid. When a GPS receiver reports and records
your
position, it is showing your coordinate position on a world grid. This
technology allows you to save favorite fishing spots,
record game sightings, mark trails, mark great views, mark the
starting point of your path, mark the position of your car in the
huge shopping center's parking lot,
note your campsite, and save the position of any point you choose.
