Design and workmanship of this innovative back protector for freeride and downhill mountain bikers with a T?-tested and CE-certified back system fully convinced the experts. The V-Shape construction of the Deuter Shield System covers the sensitive areas of the back, without impeding the users? freedom of movement. A sophisticated Multi-Layer Construction of PE plates and hard, closed cell foam provide excellent shock absorption and protection. A softer, open cell foam on the back system and its strategic spacing equal greater carrying comfort and superior ventilation.
